Hi there!

Hibba has spent the last 10 years dedicated to inspiring kids in the local community. She has worked at several schools and taught various lessons to individuals from all backgrounds, including K-12, college students, and professionals in an educational setting. She created and developed the LIfe Skills curriculum to help students and professionals in building their emotional intelligence, communication skills, public speaking,  and achieving  soul-sustainability. Hibba has found her passion in being able to inspire, lead, and develop individuals to become the best version of themselves. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Hibba decided to found the OWL Initiative to spread her passion for being organized and making each day wonderful, while also having fun and fulfilling each individual’s abilities to make their lives as beautiful as they imagine.
